The Notary News - Special Announcement for Subscribers Only
Exclusive! For The Notary News Subscribers Only!
You are the first to hear of a brand new technology developed for notary signing agents by a company named Annie Mae. In fact, the folks at Annie Mae were kind enough to hold off their press release to the National Notary Association just to provide subscribers of The Notary News with the opportunity to hear the news first.
Annie Mae is a service designed to link notaries listed in the database with jobs from lenders, keep track of open payments and provide notaries with a personal calendar for your signing appointments, a web page and much more.
For example, a lender needs a signing completed in your area. The lender goes to the Annie Mae web site, fills out a form providing details about the signing as well as the fee they will pay the notary. The form will use the zip code of the borrowerÂs address to search through the database and locate a notary in the area. Annie Mae will then email the notary with the specifics and the notary has the option of accepting or rejecting the signing. If the notary accepts the signing, it will be added to their personal calendar. Annie Mae even keeps track of all the signings so the notary can be assured of getting paid properly by the lender within the Annie Mae network.
There are also many other services that Annie Mae provides. The company is just beginning so it may be a good idea for any notary to get in on the Âground floor. But although the company is new, it is run by a group of knowledgeable professionals. In fact, Annie Mae has been approved by the National Notary Association and you will hear more about it in the weeks to come.
I have signed up to be in the Annie Mae database and I encourage you to do the same. You can have a free listing, but for only $19 you get the benefit of ten excellent tools to help you run your notary business more efficiently.
To sign up, go to http://www.anniemae.org/index.cfm?id=10018
This is my web page on Annie Mae and you will see my testimonial of their services. To sign up, click on the JOIN ANNIEMAE button at the top of the page. Or to see a complete list of the excellent tools Annie Mae provides to members, scroll down to the bottom of my page.
I hope you enjoy the services of Annie Mae and that it helps to bring more business to you as a notary signing agent.
NOTICE: This is a one time announcement to subscribers of The Notary News. You will still receive The Notary News when it is published on Saturday of this week.
